Had a furnace go out at a rental house during a cold snap. My usual "go-to" repair company didn't even bother to return my phone calls over the course of a 3-day period. This company called me back, scheduled the repair for the next day, fixed the problem immediately, and charged a fair price. They have a new customer now. Highly recommend.

We contacted three companies when we needed a new heat pump. We chose Foothills because of quick response as well as very impressed with John. He is very professional as well as has a desire to do the job right. We cannot say enough good things about his men that came out. They did an excellent job and left everything very clean. John guaranteed his job and everything he said he would do he did. 

Just wanted to say thanks to John and the crew for a great job on my system install. They were on time, had the old unit out pretty quick and finished installing the system that afternoon and cleaned up before they left. They sell a quality unit and install it at a fair price with a good warranty. I would highly recommend these guys if you need any HVAC service.

We are so happy we decided to go with Foothills. Doug came out and looked at our very out of date system that had quit. He discussed our system options & hit on everything we wanted to be confident in purchasing a system. We felt confident in his knowledge. The concerns I had weren't warranted after talking to him. Outstanding service. Our air conditioner broke down on a Friday night (of course). Foothills had a repair man out early Saturday morning. He diagnosed our 22-yr old system as beyond saving. We had a new system purchased and installed by Wednesday. All of the Foothills employees (repair, sales, install) we dealt with were consummate professionals. With financing, we got a great new system purchased and installed for a great price. I strongly recommend this Foothills Heating & Air.

I reached out to 3 different companies when my AC went out in late June. Needless to say it was very hot and humid. One of the companies I had been a customer of for 4 years and had purchased two other systems from. Only Foothills prioritized me over other installs that still had working units. The other two gave me installs of 2.5 weeks away. Foothills got my new system installed within 3 days. Awesome service & responsiveness from Doug & the technicians who installed my unit. 

Chase was fantastic! It is rare that you find technicians that are extremely knowledgeable in today's society. Chase was both professional and knowledgeable. Will be recommending Foothills to my friends and associates in the future.
